GHAZNI, Afghanistan, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Six militants and four police personnel have been killed as a clash erupted between government forces and the Taliban outfit in Waghaz district of Afghanistan's eastern Ghazni province on Wednesday, provincial police spokesman Ahmad Khan Sirat said.
According to the official, the fighting broke out in Dilawarsi locality of the restive district early morning.
Four more militants and three security personnel have sustained injuries, the official said, adding the security forces would continue to chase the insurgents in the province.
Taliban militants have not commented.
