BEIJING, March 13 (Xinhua) -- Following is the schedule for the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) on Thursday.
-- In the morning, NPC deputies will attend panel deliberations on the draft resolutions of the government work report, the implementation of the 2018 plan for national economic and social development and the 2019 draft plan for national economic and social development, and the execution of the central and local budgets for 2018 and the draft plan of central and local budgets for 2019, respectively.
-- A presidium meeting will take place in the morning.
-- In the afternoon, NPC delegations will hold plenary meetings to deliberate the three resolutions and the draft foreign investment law to be put for vote, and a decision to accept the resignation of a member of the NPC Standing Committee.
-- Another presidium meeting will take place in the afternoon.
