ISLAMABAD, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday embarked on a day-long visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the invitation of Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, officials said.
The prime minister is accompanied by ministers of foreign affairs, finance, petroleum, power and adviser to the prime minister on commerce.
"Matters of bilateral, regional and global interest will be discussed in the meeting between the prime minister and the crown prince," the prime minister's office said in a statement.
The prime minister will also meet Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the statement said.
It is the second visit of Khan to the UAE. He paid his maiden visit on Sept. 19.
