JAKARTA, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- Indonesian military personnel in the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) finished first in a triathlon championship held on Tuesday.
Indonesia's Garuda task force known as "Indobatt" (Indonesian battalion) Konga XXIII-L/UNIFIL posted the best times in the sprint and relay categories during the tournament.
The triathlon championship took place in Naqoura Port in Lebanon. A total of 22 teams took part in the event. The military personnel competing at the event come from China, Indonesia, Spain and France, among many other countries.
