China files complaint with WTO against U.S. tariffs on 16-bln-USD Chinese goods: MOC

BEIJING, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- China on Thursday filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization against U.S. tariffs on 16 billion U.S. dollars worth of Chinese goods under the Section 301 investigation, according to the Ministry of Commerce.
