Indonesia will be ready for Asian Paralympic Games

JAKARTA, April 13 (Xinhua) -- The Asian Paralympic Games committee is confident that preparation for the Asian Paralympic Games will be completed on time.

"Based on the information from Chefs de Mission they are satisfied with the preparation for the Asian Paralympic Games," chairman of the Asian Paralympic Games Committee, Raja Sapta Oktahari said.

The Asian Paralympic Games is scheduled to be held in Jakarta in early October.

A total of 5,000 athletes and officials from a total of 43 nations and regions are expected to take part in the event.

Indonesia hopes to finish among the top seven positions on the medals table at the Games.
