YANGON, June 9 (Xinhua) -- Six people have gone missing in a flood which occurred in central Myanmar, the official Global New Light of Myanmar reported Saturday.
The six include four school boys and two school girls. They were caught in a strong current of water on Friday when crossing a flooded creek in Saw township, Magway Region.
Another school girl was found alive in the incident.
A search and rescue operation has been underway for the six missing.
