ISLAMABAD, June 4 (Xinhua) -- Pakistani security forces have killed three terrorists and injured another one in the southwestern Balochistan province on Monday, local Urdu TV channels reported.
According to the reports, paramilitary troops Frontier Corps carried out an intelligence-based operation on a suspected terrorists' hideout in Kohlu district of the province.
During the operation, three terrorists were killed and one was taken into custody by security forces in injured condition, said the state-run Radio Pakistan.
The killed terrorists belonged to the banned "Baloch Liberation Front" and were involved in attacks on law enforcement agencies and innocent civilians, the reports added.
A large number of weapons and ammunition were also recovered in the operation.
The arrested has been shifted to an undisclosed location and is currently being interrogated, said the local media.
