MOSCOW, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- Two cars collided into each other in Russia's West Siberia on Wednesday, leaving 10 people, including four children, killed, regional authorities said.
The traffic accident occurred on a regional highway in Oktyabrsky District in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Area, and was reported to the government at 14:37 Moscow time (1137 GMT), Russia's Emergencies Ministry said in a statement.
Firefighters and rescue teams, including over 50 people and 10 units of equipment, have been sent to the scene, the statement said.
